Q: What kinds of custom chips do you offer?We offer Ceramic and Direct Print Chips
Ceramic Chips are 100% customizable, the entire face as well as the edge. They are casino quality and the most expensive.
Direct Print Chips are a clay composite 6 stripe chip that has full color printing in the center. Direct print chips have 6 stripes around the outside that cannot be customized.
Q: Where is the online design tool?We don't have one. We do the work for you. Our graphic artist will set up a proof for you (usually same business day) and send it to you so we are on the same page when it comes time to print.
Q: What kind of artwork file is preferred?High Resolution artwork is best. PDF, JPEG, AI, or EPS files are all acceptable. Low resolution files will not print clearly, and the colors may not be as accurate.
Q: Do you print both sides of the chips?Absolutely! And there is never an additional cost for the second side! Beware of companies that charge additional fees for the second side - their prices end up being much higher.
Q: What are the shipping costs?Shipping is free for all orders over $100, and always for ceramic chips. The shipping/setup cost for orders under $100 is $19.99.
Q: I've placed my order, what happens next?You will receive a virtual proof within 1 business day. You will be asked to respond with approval or requested changes to the proof. Orders will not ship without approval of the proof!
Q: How long does shipping take?Free Shipping is usually USPS Priority Mail and generally takes 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days depending on location.
Q: Is there Sales Tax?There is no sales tax, we are based in New Hampshire.

Q: Are there setup fees for Direct Print Poker Chips?No, there are no setup fees for Direct Print Poker Chips. We will create up to 3 proofs for an order. Excessive design changes or artwork requirements may incur fees after that, but most customers never get that far.
Q: How many designs can I have?We have a minimum of 100 chips per design. For example, if you order 100 chips, there would be no additional cost to have 2 different chip designs, 50 of each.
Orders can be serialized for an additional fee.
Q: What are the minimums?The minimum quantity for Direct Print Poker Chips is 100 chips. You can use the same artwork for each side, or each side can be different.
You may use multiple designs in one order, but the minimum for each design is 50 chips.
Q: What are the chips made of?They are 12 gram clay composite with 6 stripes around the outside. The printable area is 1 1/16" diameter circle.
Q: Can I select different color chips within my order?Yes, you can divide your order up between the 9 available colors for no extra charge.
Q: What color chips are available?Six Stripe Poker Chips for direct print are available in Black, Blue, Green, Red, Grey, Pink, Purple, Orange and Yellow. Click here to see the chip colors.
These colors cannot be customized, and all chips have white stripes on the outside. While we cannot guarantee specific CMYK matches for direct print chips, the codes we find as the closest matches are listed in the link above.
