Shipping is free for all custom products. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail, usually 2-3 business days.
Standard Direct Print Poker chip production time is 3-5 business days. Expedited 1 day production is available for up to 1000 chips, pricing depends on quantity. Expedited 1 day shipping is available for direct print poker chips, pricing depends on quantity. All expedited pricing is available on the product ordering page.
Shipping for non custom poker chips and gaming supplies is based on weight, free shipping applies for orders over $250.
Most non custom poker chip and gaming supply orders ship in 1-2 business days. Flat rate and Free shipping may ship as USPS First Class mail, USPS Ground Saver, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Shipping times are typically 1-5 business days depending on custom location. Most non custom items ship from Indiana and Ohio.
Weekends do not count toward production or shipping times.
Return Policy
Custom Poker Chips may not be returned for a refund. Approval is always required for Direct Print and Ceramic Poker Chips.
Discrepencies in printing colors for customer provided artwork are not eligible for reprints or refunds. We do NOT edit customer files after the order has been approved.
Returns for non custom poker chips and gaming supplies is 30 days, products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, outbound shipping will not be refunded. If the order qualified for free shipping, the flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Requests for refunds must be recevied by email within 30 days of the order date, sales@custompokerchipcompany.com.
