What are Ceramic Poker Chips?
Ceramic Poker Chips are made from a composite ceramic material with a "satin" smooth finish. They are frequently used as the poker chip of choice by casinos for their durability and the ability to fully customize them.
What part of ceramic poker chips can I customize?
The entire ceramic poker chip can be customized. Each face of the chip is completely customizable. We also have the ability to print the edge(thickness) of the chip.
Are there set up fees for Ceramic Poker Chips?
No, there are no set up fees Ceramic Poker Chips. We will create up to 3 proofs for an order. Excessive design changes or artwork requirements may incur design fees after that, but most customers never get that far.
Do you print both sides?
Absolutely! And there is never an additional cost for the second side! Beware companies that charge additional fees for the second side, their prices end up being much higher.
Can the edges be printed?
Yes.
How many designs can I have?
We have a minimum of 100 chips per design. For example, if you ordered 200 chips, there would be no additional cost to have 2 different chip designs, 100 of each.
Orders can be serialized for an additional fee.
What are the minimums?
The minimum quantity for Ceramic Poker Chips is 100 chips. You can use the same artwork for each side, or each side can be different.
You may use multiple designs in one order, but the minimum for each design is 100 chips.
What are the sizes of ceramic poker chips?
Ceramic poker chips come in standard 39mm, as well as over sized 43mm and 47mm.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all ceramic poker chip orders.
I’ve placed my order, what happens next?
You will receive a virtual proof within 1 business day. You will be asked to respond with approval or requested changes to the proof. Orders will not ship without approval of the proof!
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship approximately 2-3 weeks after approval of the proof is received.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take between 2-5 business days depending on location.

Is there Sales Tax?
There is no sales tax, we are based in New Hampshire.
What kind of artwork file is preferred?
High Resolution artwork is best, at least 300 dpi. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw or .jpg files are fine.
What size is required for the artwork?
39mm: Faces of 1.565 " diameter for the faces and .133" x 4.92" for the edges
43mm: Faces of 17 " diameter for the faces and .133" x 5.53" for the edges
47mm: Faces of 1.85 " diameter for the faces and .133" x 5.83" for the edges
