Are there set up fees for Direct Print Poker Chips?
No, there are no set up fees for Direct Print Poker Chips. We will create up to 3 proofs for an order. Excessive design changes or artwork requirements may incur design fees after that, but most customers never get that far.
Do you print both sides?
Absolutely! And there is never an additional cost for the second side! Beware companies that charge additional fees for the second side, their prices end up being much higher.
Where's the online design tool?
We don't have one. We do the work for you. You're the customer, why should you have to do the design work when we've got the professional graphic designers! We make the proof, and we send it to you so we're all on the same page when it comes time to print.
How many designs can I have?
We have a minimum of 50 chips per design. For example, if you ordered 100 chips, there would be no additional cost to have 2 different chip designs, 50 of each.
Orders can be serialized for an additional fee.
What are the minimums?
The minimum quantity for Direct Print Poker Chips is 50 chips. You can use the same artwork for each side, or each side can be different.
You may use multiple designs in one order, but the minimum for each design is 50 chips.
What are the chips made of?
They are 12 gram, clay composite with 6 stripes around the outside. The printable area is a 1 1/16" diameter circle.
Can I select different color chips within my order?
Yes, you can divide your order up between the 9 available colors for no extra charge.
What color chips are available?
Six Stripe Poker Chips for direct print are available in Black, Blue, Green, Red, Grey, Pink, Purple, Orange and Yellow. These colors cannot be customized, and there all the chips have white stripes on the outside. While we cannot guarantee CMYK matches for direct print chips, the codes we find as the closest matches are listed at the link.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders over $100. The shipping cost for orders under $100 is $19.99.
I’ve placed my order, what happens next?
You will receive a virtual proof within 1 business day. You will be asked to respond with approval or requested changes to the proof. Orders will not ship without approval of the proof!
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship approximately 5 business days after approval of the proof is received.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship USPS Priority Mail. which usually takes 2 business days to most places in the country. Most customers receive their orders 7-10 days after the order is placed.
I’m in a rush, what are my options?
1-3 day expedited production pricing options available here.
Upgrades to expedited shipping methods via UPS Overnight or 2nd Day Air are also a possibility. Customer service will be able to provide specific quotes depending on location and order size.
Is there Sales Tax?
There is no sales tax, we are based in New Hampshire.
What kind of artwork file is preferred?
High Resolution artwork is best. PDF, JPEG, AI, or EPS files are all acceptable. Low resolution files will not print clearly, and the colors may not be as accurate.
The printing area is a 1” diameter circle. Text that is too small will not be clearly visible on the chip.
